Making tortillas for the eateries in the market in Chichi. The white ashes can be seen in the air from the wood fires they use to cook on. In Guatemala, making tortillas is actually described by its own verb - tortillando. Every year I bring back photos for the people in the market, and they overcome their shyness to allow us to take more shots.
