Kid's Baseball. For a moment I thought I was back at home. Note that the pitcher has no shoes. Although not shown in this image, the 3rd basemen didn't either. It felt like time travel to me to the early 20th century in the U.S. when Shoeles Joe Jackson became famous - shoing up for professional tryouts without shoes.
